Our founding team consists of long-time Rainbow Six Siege players with combined experience exceeding 15,000 hours in-game and backgrounds in cybersecurity, e-commerce platform development, and online community management. This combination allows us to understand both the technical requirements of secure trading and the specific needs of the Siege community. We've personally experienced the frustrations of trading through unprotected channels, including scam attempts, miscommunications about account contents, and the anxiety of sending payment without proper buyer protection mechanisms.

Since launching, we've facilitated over 8,400 successful account transfers with a total transaction value exceeding $2.1 million. For accounts valued under $50, sellers must provide screenshots showing the operator roster (with all operators clearly visible), at least three screenshots of cosmetic inventory covering weapons and operator uniforms, and a current rank screen if the account has ranked history. These screenshots must include visible timestamps or be taken within 48 hours of listing creation.

Accounts valued between $51-$150 require the basic screenshot package plus phone number verification via SMS code and a video walkthrough of the account inventory. The video must be 2-5 minutes long, showing real-time navigation through operators, weapon skins, operator uniforms, headgear, and charms. This video requirement dramatically reduces fraud because it's significantly more difficult to fake than static screenshots and demonstrates actual account access. Sellers must also provide the approximate account creation date and region, which helps buyers assess potential recovery risks.

Premium accounts exceeding $150 in value trigger our most comprehensive verification tier. In addition to all previous requirements, sellers must complete photo ID verification where they submit a government-issued identification document and a selfie holding that ID with a handwritten code we provide. This process, similar to those used by cryptocurrency exchanges and financial services platforms, creates accountability and deters scammers who rely on anonymity. For accounts over $500, we also conduct brief video calls with sellers to verify identity matches the submitted documentation and discuss the account history to ensure they're the legitimate owner. These measures may seem extensive, but they've reduced fraud in high-value transactions to below 0.8%.

Buyers also participate in verification, though requirements are less stringent since they face lower fraud risk. All buyers must verify email addresses and payment methods before purchasing. For transactions over $200, buyers must complete phone verification to ensure we can reach them during the escrow period. Our system flags suspicious buying patterns, such as new accounts attempting multiple high-value purchases within 24 hours or buyers with histories of excessive disputes. These flags don't prevent purchases but trigger additional review by our security team, occasionally adding 4-8 hours to transaction processing. This approach, detailed further in our FAQ section, balances accessibility for legitimate buyers against protection for sellers who might otherwise face payment fraud or chargeback abuse.

Community Standards and Future Development

Our marketplace operates under community standards that extend beyond basic fraud prevention to create a positive trading environment. We prohibit listings for accounts obtained through unauthorized means, including stolen accounts, accounts acquired through phishing, or accounts accessed without owner permission. Sellers must represent themselves as legitimate owners or authorized sellers with explicit permission. We also prohibit listings that misrepresent account contents, use misleading screenshots from different accounts, or make false claims about rank history or item rarity. Violations result in listing removal, and repeated violations lead to permanent seller bans.

We maintain strict policies against harassment, discriminatory behavior, and attempts to conduct transactions outside our platform to avoid fees. While we understand that our 12% seller fee represents a cost, it funds the security infrastructure that makes safe trading possible. Sellers who attempt to move transactions off-platform after initial contact through our system face account suspension. We also prohibit buyers from making unreasonable demands, leaving false negative reviews as negotiation tactics, or abusing the dispute system with frivolous claims. Our goal is creating an environment where both parties can trade confidently, knowing that rules apply equally and enforcement is consistent.

Looking forward, our development roadmap for 2024-2025 includes several major enhancements based on community feedback. We're implementing a reputation system that provides more granular seller ratings beyond simple transaction counts, including categories for communication quality, accuracy of listings, and transfer speed. We're also developing automated inventory verification tools that will connect to accounts (with seller permission) to automatically generate verified listings, reducing screenshot fraud and speeding up the verification process. This feature is currently in beta testing with select trusted sellers.
